`Feel Like Giving Up
Ayoko na. Pakiramdam ko, ako ang pinaka-worst newbie ng PHR. Pakiramdam ko, dinudungisan ko lang ang magandang pangalan ng PHR. Ayoko nang magsulat.

don't let them win, baby chris. giving up is not an option. -_- kapag tumigil ka, mapatutunayan lang nila na mahina ka. 'wag mo slang hayaang sirain ang pangarap mo dahil lang sa mga sinasabi nila.
Eh? Ms. Luna please don't give up! I haven't really read any of your books yet, but it really makes me sad seeing writers give up just like that. =(
Firstly, do you really base your stories from mangas? If you do, then why not try coming up with something that's completely unrelated to any mangas/animes for a change? Something that's purely from your own feelings and understandings of what love really is? I'm sure you've formed your own opinions (and curiosities) about it by now and can come up with something that's more "you". :)
On the contrary, if this isn't true then why let the words of other people affect you?
Instead of curling up in a corner and moping over these critics' words, let this be a challenge for you to grow as a writer instead. You're too young to be giving up on anything.

Thank you for the suggestion/advice. It's not really about those critics. I was down because I felt insecure. Hehe. Though your message was much appreciated. I've stopped reading mangas/animes for a while now so I won't be influenced by them whenever I write. And yes, I'm taking those criticisms as a challenge to improve. It's hard to step out of my comfort zone, but I'm doing my best. From pa-"tweetums", I'm experimenting on writing more matured stories, with more organized plots and more loveable characters. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Even though you don't know me personally, I'm glad you took time to cheer this immature writer up. :)
